Terms of Service

GhoSTR is a ghostwriting service. It reads your Airbnb and VRBO reservation confirmation emails, processes guest feedback, and generates draft messages for you to review, edit, and send. GhoSTR is a writing tool — it never sends messages to your guests, never accesses your Airbnb or VRBO account, and never acts on your behalf without your explicit action.

• You are solely responsible for any messages you choose to send to guests, regardless of whether GhoSTR drafted them. Review all drafts before sending.
• You are responsible for complying with Airbnb's, VRBO's, and any applicable platform's terms of service when communicating with guests.
• If you collect guest phone numbers for SMS messaging, you are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent from your guests.
• You must not use GhoSTR to generate spam, harassing messages, or content that violates any applicable law.

By signing in with Google, you authorize GhoSTR to access your Gmail account in read-only mode, solely to fetch Airbnb and VRBO reservation confirmation emails. GhoSTR searches only for emails matching specific sender and subject filters (from:express@airbnb.com subject:Reservation and from:no-reply@vrbo.com subject:Booking) within a time window you control. No other emails in your inbox are accessed. You may revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions. Revoking access will stop GhoSTR from syncing new reservations.

• Free trial — new accounts receive a free trial period. No credit card is required to sign up.
• Per-reservation fee — after your trial, GhoSTR charges $1.00 per reservation for which drafts are generated. This fee applies regardless of how many properties you manage.
• Billing — payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• No refunds — charges for reservations already processed are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@ghostr.co.

You may stop using GhoSTR at any time. To close your account and stop future charges, email support@ghostr.co. Cancellation does not trigger a refund for prior charges.

GhoSTR uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate draft messages. AI-generated text may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that doesn't match your voice. You are responsible for reviewing all drafts before use. GhoSTR makes no warranty that generated drafts will be accurate, appropriate, or effective.

Draft content generated by GhoSTR using your reservation and guest data belongs to you. GhoSTR retains no rights to content you generate through the service. The GhoSTR name, logo, and software are our property.

GhoSTR is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of drafts generated by the service, including but not limited to disputes with guests, platform policy violations, or missed communications. Our liability to you shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the three months preceding any claim.

We may update these terms as GhoSTR evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
